We’ve been really impressed with Alba’s service and support from day one. The coffee and drinks are always a hit with our students and parents (they think it is the best hot chocolate in Edinburgh!), and the team’s help with installation and advice has made everything easy for us. They are also super quick to respond to any maintenance issues, and shipping of new stock is also extremely fast. I have a small bakery, we wanted to introduce coffee and Lavazza is better coffee than all the rest, so Paula and her team at Alba responded quickly. The engineer surveyed the site, advised on installation, delivered, installed and trained us how to make truly great coffee. Our sales have grown and Alba make it so easy for us, I am very happy to recommend the company, and the coffee of course.
