Taste the difference by comparing your coffee with ours in a coffee tasting
A coffee bean tasting session enables evaluation of the quality, flavour, and aroma of coffee beans offering buyers and baristas the chance to select a coffee which works with their: food menus; brand ethos; client profiles; and story telling
1. Taste the difference - a maximum of three coffee beans will be selected and ground at the site for complete freshness.
2. Varied coffees - these may differ by origin (single versus blend), roast (light versus dark) and region, This showcases diversity of flavour, acidity and body
3. Sensory Focus - view the colour and smell the dry coffee beans to get a sense of the aroma and complexity.
4. Espresso and taste profile - compare side by side the acidity, brightness, body, sweetness and aftertaste. Milk drinks can also be offered at this stage.
5. Matching your needs - beans are normally selected based upon a similar profile to their current offer, plus two additional coffees which to suit your client profiles, brand ethos and menu.
6. Story telling and support - origins, ethical sourcing and sustainable practices are discussed for a coffee you would feel confident to offer
