We are extremely happy with the service provided by Alba Beverage, a side benefit is that we have gained foot fall in our dining room. Paula always replies promptly and Trevor was brilliant when installing our machine. The customer service is second to none.
A working day varies at the theatres - but always starts with a coffee! So coffee served in our café, bars and at our events are of huge importance and demand flexibility, quality, consistency and speed of service. Alba provide all of this plus water dispensers in our foyers for customers and staff to access cold, fresh, filtered water quickly and conveniently.
We have now worked with Alba for 15 years, for the supply of both bean to cup machines and also consumables (coffee beans, milk and chocolate). The quality of Lavazza coffee for customers, and Alba's service is always first class, and technical support always available if needed. Highly recommended
Fantastic service provided by Paula and her team at Alba Beverage. Nothing is ever too much of a hassle whether its having to get someone to do maintenance on a coffee machine or help with orders.
