We have now worked with Alba for 15 years, for the supply of both bean to cup machines and also consumables (coffee beans, milk and chocolate). The quality of Lavazza coffee for customers, and Alba's service is always first class, and technical support always available if needed. Highly recommended
Alba were recommended to me by a number of businesses when I was looking for a new coffee machine for our customer waiting area. I was impressed from initial contact, timely response, to order being placed and then goods delivered. The Lavazza machine and coffee has been fantastic, and very easy to use. We have been using Alba for over 12 months now. They are always timely in replenishment orders, attentive in your requirements, and am very pleased with the recommendation and finding them. It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with another company that does what it says, when it says. Would highly recommend to others, without hesitation".
A good coffee definitely brings back the customers, our customer love your coffee & lattes ... Overall a good working relationship.
Fantastic service provided by Paula and her team at Alba Beverage. Nothing is ever too much of a hassle whether its having to get someone to do maintenance on a coffee machine or help with orders. I look forward to working with them in the future to improve all coffee sales within all our branches and expand where we can.
As a recently recruited client of Alba Beverages, I have thus far been very happy with their products and services. They have the lovely Lavazza organic coffee I wanted, and every customer has commented on how delicious it is which is gaining us repeat clients. As a newly opened coffee shop we wanted to create the right offerings from the start and we feel that alba has been a very good match for us, even delivering last minute when we had underestimated our required order. I cannot recommend them enough.
We're proud of ALBA for keeping our patients, parents, grandparents and staff caffeinated and warm all year round! Their delicious drinks, especially the hot chocolate, has become a favourite treat in our clinic. The ALBA team is extremely friendly and efficient, whether it's taking orders by phone or email making them an absolute pleasure to buy from. We're grateful to have ALBA as part of the Sunrise Dental experience and ensure that everyone gets their coffee fix without fail" -
