We are happy to provide Machine fault diagnosis by telephone, video, email or in person. Sometimes simple troubleshooting can be offered over the phone at no extra charge - see our Troubleshooting service.
Faults on your machine may be repaired on machine warranty, maintenance contract agreement and post warranty.
