As a recently recruited client of Alba Beverages, I have thus far been very happy with their products and services. They have the lovely Lavazza organic coffee I wanted, and every customer has commented on how delicious it is which is gaining us repeat clients. As a newly opened coffee shop we wanted to create the right offerings from the start and we feel that alba has been a very good match for us, even delivering last minute when we had underestimated our required order. We have worked with Alba for more than 12 years now and have a great relationship with everyone there. The new online portal makes ordering products and raising service queries quick and easy. We were even asked what would be a benefit to us when the portal was being created. Paula is in regular contact with us regarding new products and machinery that may be of interest to us and their engineer's experience in all things technical is invaluable. The team at Alba really understand the intricacies of our workplace and always go above and beyond to make it work for us.

We’ve been really impressed with Alba’s service and support from day one. The coffee and drinks are always a hit with our students and parents (they think it is the best hot chocolate in Edinburgh!), and the team’s help with installation and advice has made everything easy for us. They are also super quick to respond to any maintenance issues, and shipping of new stock is also extremely fast. It’s clear Alba genuinely cares about their customers, and I would never consider going with anyone else.

Alba provide all of this plus water dispensers in our foyers for customers and staff to access cold, fresh, filtered water quickly and conveniently.
