The Rosetta is fully automatic, featuring an electronic switchboard which controls coffee dosage volumetrically, has individual heat exchangers for each group head and large water filling copper boilers. With a capacity of 480 (2 Group) or 720 (3 Group) espresso coffees per hour this is a strong, reliable machine which will cope in demanding environments.

Full PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) which controls the machine via a built in display this includes: audit trail and dispensed coffee memory setting; auto on/off settings; and advertising display
