New, fully-automatic coffee machine, La Brillante from Gaggia is the smaller, slimmer version of La Solare. This is aesthetically appealing, featuring an innovative and polished design and has the latest technology for the best performance in a machine of it's compact size.
La Brillante has a distinctive identity with its use of premium materials: a 7-inch touchscreen; contemporary; minimal lines; and personalisation of the RGB LED frames. It's a great choice for small hotels, coffee shops, bars and bakeries where up to 100 drinks are required automatically.
This machine works equally well as a self-serve machine so customers can follow the intuitive touch screen as easily as staff can.
It's an operators dream with special attention to the cleaning maintenance and hygiene aspects. Options include the waste bucket can be removed for cleaning whilst the drip tray remains and the waste bucket can remain whilst the drip is being maintained.
PrimeMilk is the technology which produces the milk frothing in the machine, delivering top-quality, hot foamed milk-based beverages. The PrimeMilk and the touchscreen system enables even the tiniest adjustment to be made to milk foam on drink individual recipes.
