We have now worked with Alba for 15 years, for the supply of both bean to cup machines and also consumables (coffee beans, milk and chocolate). The quality of Lavazza coffee for customers, and Alba's service is always first class, and technical support always available if needed. Highly recommended
As a recently recruited client of Alba Beverages, I have thus far been very happy with their products and services. We’ve been really impressed with Alba’s service and support from day one. The coffee and drinks are always a hit with our students and parents (they think it is the best hot chocolate in Edinburgh!), and the team’s help with installation and advice has made everything easy for us. They are also super quick to respond to any maintenance issues, and shipping of new stock is also extremely fast. It’s clear Alba genuinely cares about their customers, and I would never consider going with anyone else.
A working day varies at the theatres - but always starts with a coffee! So coffee served in our café, bars and at our events are of huge importance and demand flexibility, quality, consistency and speed of service. Alba provide all of this plus water dispensers in our foyers for customers and staff to access cold, fresh, filtered water quickly and conveniently.
